Liv East Bay – Affordable Workforce Housing Program
At Liv East Bay, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live their BEST life—in a home that feels welcoming, comfortable, and connected. That’s why we proudly participate in the Workforce Housing Program designed to support households at or under 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI) range.
Through this program, a select number of our beautiful homes are reserved for income-qualified residents. Eligibility is based on household size, number of bedrooms, and total anticipated gross annual income (before taxes and deductions). In addition, applicants must be the age of 24 years or older.

1. Find out if you qualify
Review the program requirements and your household income (everyone 24 years and older) to see if you meet the income limits.

2. Find a Home
Check out homes marked "Workforce Housing" on our Floor Plans page and choose the one that fits your needs.
3. Provide Documentation
Gather and submit documentation for all sources of income and assets, including employment, social security, child support, pensions, and other recurring income.
4. Apply
Complete a rental application here. Once approved, our team will perform an income certification to confirm eligibility for the program.
